The first album of the japanese-international indie rock band TSAITOGAISUTO. A variety of different songs in multiple languages, such as Japanese, English and German. This album was in the making for 1,5 years and contains 12 songs, from which are 6 new ones. The other 6 songs were already released as singles.
With their guitar driven, energetic indie rock styled songs, they embrace the title of their album 疾風迅雷、 meaning "With Lightning Speed".
Although the warm distortion of their electric guitars and the rough, lo-fi charmed home studio recordings, like in 「だるま」, are their recognition value, with 「タイプライター」, 「スカーフ」 and 「いつかの君へ」 they also have quieter songs with piano, violin and acoustic guitar.
疾風迅雷 is also available on CD and 12" Vinyl.

The Japanese-German-American band "ツァイトガイスト", also known as "TSAITOGAISUTO" or "ZEITGEIST", was founded in 2020. The band's music is located in the genres of Japanese Indie-, Alternative- and Post-Rock with elements of J-Pop. Their lyrics are usually written in Japanese or English while often adding little nuances of German. The international band decided on making their music approachable for everyone by ignoring language barriers and "speaking" entirely through their music. Originally, TSAITOGAISUTO was founded by the German composer Marvin Nauendorff and the Japanese bassist Kanako Tohda. While Marvin Nauendorff was inspired by the American multi instrumentalist Audrey Leona Harjanto, known for her solo band @ReversalRain, to approach a different kind of genre in his music, he had also a deep fascination for the sound of contemporary Japanese music and the country's culture. The Japanese bassist Kanako Tohda and Marvin Nauendorff then formed the band now known as TSAITOGAISUTO. The former instrumental musicians decided to take a step forward and experimented with vocals, new genres and new instruments. Tohda later decided to leave the band for private reasons. Shortly after that, Audrey Leona Harjanto joined the band and is now a fixed part of TSAITOGAISUTO. After searching for new band members, the Japanese guitarist Momoka Maezato joined the band as well.
Now, TSAITOGAISUTO's members are Marvin Nauendorff, Audrey Harjanto and Momoka Maezato.
