The Everglows - Here I Go Again
The Everglows are: Andy - guitar/vocals, Steve - bass. Ray - drums.
The Everglows started life in 2010 as a covers band playing songs from bands like The Who, The Beatles, The Kinks, The Small Faces and Paul Weller.
This was great for a while but Andy had started writing songs again and we were pleased with the results so we started working on original material in rehearsals.
After getting good feedback on the new material we decided to drop the covers (apart from the odd one at gigs) for a set of all original songs.
The band went through a period of changing bassists and because of this were even a two piece for a while and during this period found current bassist Steve
after a Stratford open-mike night. Our sound has been described as somewhere between Elvis Costello and Paul Weller via Ocean Colour Scene.
We have recently completed a four track demo comprising of: That Other Girl, She Said, Seven Coins and Untill Tomorrow. This has led to an increase in our
profile and some forthcoming live shows in the London area.
