Heavy Heart are a five-piece alt/dream rock band from London
In 2016, we wrote, recorded and released a new song every month. A year on, and with the project now come full circle, we're releasing all 12 songs together as a collection and also as limited-edition red 12" vinyl LP through I Can & I Will Records on 31st March 2017.
