I am so proud to present this first installation of what I call 'The Red Tapes’. Join me in exploring the notions of escapism, technophobia, loneliness, infatuation and other modern afflictions. I hope you will enjoy listening to it even nearly as much as I've enjoyed making it.



Born and raised in a small village called Bray, Caitlyn Scarlett started songwriting at the age of 9. A self taught guitarist and pianist, raised in a musical household she left home at 17 for the bright lights of London. Notable influences in her music range from MIA and Kate Bush to Bob Dylan and Gwen Stefani.
