Born in Goto-cho, Aomori Prefecture, and currently residing in Sendai, Kisachi began singing with big bands and other groups in 2006, and has performed with musicians in Japan and abroad while performing mainly in the Tohoku region.
In February 2021, Kisachi released "ALL LIFE IS PRECIOUS," a single produced by Toshio Kadomatsu himself, which was written and composed by Kadomatsu with the Great East Japan Earthquake in mind.
