It is Volume 40 in TCB’s long-running Swiss Radio Days Jazz Series of archival radio recordings.
It captures performances by the Sonny Rollins Trio and the Horace Silver Quintet recorded at Radio Studio Zürich on March 5, 1959 (some sources note minor date variations for the Silver portion). 
Both groups were in Europe on a joint tour; these sessions took place the day before (or around the time of) a concert in Zürich.
